Lay Representative required for telephone hearing

Hello. I'm not sure if I should have started a new thread on this (sorry if I shouldn't!) but I've got a telephone hearing at some point (not got a date yet, says it's to be fixed) for a parking claim and was hoping that a lay representative could help me out with their attendance? Ideally I would like somebody who has some sort of legal training - can see a few on here do - and was just wondering if anyone could recommend anyone to me to help out? Thanks guys!

Be very careful if you get loads of offers to be a Lay Rep for you. Check with the regulars before accepting an offer - and Lay repping by posters on here is free.6

As Le-Kirk says ....... BE VERY CAREFUL .... only accept PM's from posters with 1000+ posts only

To the OP, we are happy with BrownTrout, I have met him, he will have the claimant in tears.

Thanks for all your assistance so far. I know there's a few characters on here who aren't acting in good faith, so just wanted to try and find someone who is decent and hopefully qualified to some degree in Law! Any recommendations?

I suggest you plan on having to do this yourself. If you do find a volunteer then great, but don't bank on it.
In any case, more information would be useful as you haven't exactly given us much to go on.
What is the name of the PPC, the name of the solicitors, the alleged contravention, the location, what happened when you complained to the landowner, what you put in your defence, whether you have completed the DQ and submitted your Witness Statement and Exhibits, whether you have received the scammers WS and Exhibits including their contract with the landowner, and has a fake charge of around £60 has been added to the original amount?
If you have received the scammers WS and exhibits, please show it to us, only redacting your personal data.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks5 -
If you have an existing thread for this claim then I suggest you ask a Board Guide to merge the threads ... anyone wishing to help will need the background.1

This is not going to happen. You can't just ask for a lay rep (you don't need one) and you haven't even said which parking firm it is.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
