    Apart from your first post you've repeated four times that you knew it came from the NL but never mentioned in passing why you were so sure.  Surely it must have dawned on you from the responses here that it is a common error made by many people to believe that something originates from one country when it often comes from another.

    What about my suggestion re HMRC?
