Our local Hermes driver is wonderful.  Friendly, efficient and leaves her mobile number if she wasn't able to deliver.

I dont have a problem with delivery from Hermes, maybe because they are used to coming here now and know to put things in my porch.
Ive had a problem with them collecting a parcel a couple of times previously.
Either they  have improved or maybe have new drivers?  either way they are obviously popular as a lot of catalogues etc use them.
