    Born 1979
    Parents bought new place 1981
    Moved out into rented house 2002-2004
    Back to parents 2004-2006
    Bought house 2006
    Moved into lodgings Mon-Fri for work in 2009
    Rented flat in 2012, whilst owning house
    Sold house 2013
    Moved into GF's house 2016
    Bought house 2017 with GF
    Moved into rented room 2018 after split with GF
    Bought house once again 2019
  • Bought first house one month after my 18th birthday in 1983.
    Next was in 1985
    Then 1994 and kept that till 2000 
    Bought another in 1999 so had two houses. 
    Sold both in 2000  ( as both massively raced up in value ) to buy the house Im in now. New build but built to my specification - would never move
    Completing on Friday for BTL 
    Last 4 as a single mum 
    What made it happen for me was looooooooose lending policies on proofs of income, self certify Mortgages, interest only and a real dangerous risks by me to get where I am today
