Hi, can some one help me with getting a code for my radio please.

Sorry I can't decode that model. Try http://www.ukbookshelf.co.uk/ to see if they can help.
  • Hi, looking for some help please!
My battery was dead this morning after a week at Centerparcs, got that sorted but realised on the way home it had locked the radio. I’ve checked our documents but there’s no audio unlocking code in there. (Could anyone help me with an unlocking code please?
It’s a Ford S-Max. I’ve long-pressed the 2 and 6 on the radio as advised to find the serial number. Found it but it doesn’t seem to be in a format that matches what Google is telling me it should be 🥴
i *think* the serial number is
    FDMCA 1CV0201
There were also some other numbers/letters that were shown. No idea really which one the serial number is 😂

Non of those are the serial number. To make the serial appear on the screen, press and hold buttons 1 and 6 for three seconds then release. In the cycle that begins, the serial number will appear last in the format of a V and six numbers ie V123456. If that wont work you will have remove the radio to get the number off the label.

Thank you, I’ve just tried again and doesn’t appear to be any that are in that format.
‘SN’ flashes up, which I presume is Serial Number, but there’s nothing next to it. The screen that follows is one I’ve posted yesterday. And another screen is this one. Again, not in that format.
Looks like I’ll have to try and remove it. It’s so annoying!

I have just been looking into this. Apparently the serial number can be spread over two screens. The V0201 is the first part of the serial number and the last two numbers should be shown on the next screen. Have a look at the next screen see if it's last numbers are there.
