Is there another number on the back of the radio something like M711 or TOM711 ?

If not it will require access to the original manufacturer`s database which is only available from a Main Dealer .(and a few of the larger Professional Radio Decode Specialists) or the unit will have to be taken into a radio decoding specialist.

I have checked with 2 different programs and both say TOV345 = 4660

This will be a job for a dealer or decoding specialist.

It is important that the letters and numbers quoted are exactly right.
The code for TOV346 is 4631
