Say the spend took the balance down to 30p in credit would it then round up to a pound and transfer 70p into the savings pot thereby causing the current account to go overdrawn by 40p?

just had a chat with TSB CS and was told that I can get £5 cashback on my converted account (Classic > S&S) by doing 30 debit card transactions. I dont know how much true is that but I have it in writing, so going to challenge if I dont get £5 this month by 12th

that was the whole reason I wanted to check with them. T&C says that its excluded but CS says otherwise. I have got lot of account now and do not want to open a new one unless I really have to. So if I dont get £5 cashback by 12th of this month then I will query that with supporting chat details and will open a new one.

Perhaps those that 'know' would care to link to term that excludes a converted classic?

Used my super new spend and save card in the supermarket, first seven dc payments OK then three declines and had to use another card. Then got £10 from atm no problem.
Got home, phone call from tsb fraud dept automated 2:55min verifying transactions were not fraud. What’s suspicious about buying eight items of shopping separately one after the other!? Onwards.0
