I'd have to agree with Getmore4less - turn the middle room into a kitchen/diner and leave it up to the buyer to choose the function of the other downstairs rooms. The current kitchen would be ideal for a studio or hobbies room but someone looking for such a property would be put off by having to move the kitchen.
I was also surprised by the price - that's the sort of price you'd expect to pay down here in the south but not in the Midlands.0 -
