best speed camera detector?

After being done twice in 6 months i am after a speed camera detector. What is the best option a app or to buy a snooper etc? any advice?

No, I don't think any of them are illegal. Jammers and the like used to be, but I don't think detectors are.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to stop breaking the speed limit to the extent that they are enforcing? Maybe drive with more due care and attention of your surroundings too? Slowing down will help this.

yes when you do 30000 miles a year it is easy to get caught. Any advice on what to buy?

I used to do about that a year, use Waze as an app. Will warn you quite well. I have never had a speeding conviction, look for the signs on the road, they tell you the limit - and stick to them!!!

An Alarm Clock so you get up earlier and don't have to speed to your destinations.

Thats a bit like saying if you burgle 30,000 homes a year statistically you'll get caught.

Stop committing crime and there's no risk of being caught.

Be simpler to get a car with cruise control/speed limiter and set it to the speed limit for each road then you don't get caught

best detector and avoidance system is:
Eyes
Brain
Right foot/Left foot

A detector that actually detects the laser from a speed camera/gun will be basically useless because by the time the laser is on your car they are already measuring your speed so it's too late to slow down.
