Don't know if anyone else noticed but the sky looked computer generated this evening.

We were sat at the kitchen table when I looked outside and noticed.

Beautiful. I was busy prepping the evening meal so it passed me by unfortunately. We did have a couple of really old planes fly over us though, Mr SA said they were WW2 planes.

£200 paid off card 2 today. This card is so close to being paid off now. Just the one more payment to go. Other than this it will be a no spends day today.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores. Breakfast was cereals and orange juice, the other half has taken his packed lunch to work, I am having pork and cheese toasted sandwich for my lunch and dinner tonight is pork in black bean sauce with noodles and spring rolls made with the left over roast pork from last nights Sunday dinner.

    Todays jobs include:
    • working from home
    • load of washing
    • vacuuming the house
    • dusting the house
    • watering the house plants
    • cleaning the oven
    • walking the dog x 2

    Well done on Card 2
No menu envy for once, not keen on pork but sure I'll be back drooling tomorrow - chicken curry for us today with garlic naans and onion bhajis on the side.

We love a bit of roast pork and crackling in our household. Can't go wrong with a curry either though.

Fantastic news re card 2. Bet you’ll be pleased to see that gone?

Not had roast pork and crackling for years and years. Probably not since I was a kid tbh forgot it existed ha. Likewise onion bhaji they’re always terrible from the Indian. Wife wouldn’t make them but my dad used to do a curry night no idea of it’s authenticity lol but all from scratch best onion bhajis I’ve ever had.

The onion bahji's from our local Indian are really quite good. Trouble is they are huge and you get two in a portion so we always end up leaving some which feels wasteful.

Will definitely be glad to see Card 2 gone next month. Will get it paid off and closed down straight away. Will put the extra towards paying off Card 3 then. That will be the next target card.

Another card nearly gone, it's a good feeling to clear them and get rid 😀Could you have one bhaji between you and freeze the other one? We've done that before with those massive samosas. Indian food is certainly filling.

Have never thought of doing that.
