Haha what a joke! So I wonder what the options would have been then?! Why would you need options if you just want a refund anyway. Oh well, at least you have your money so that’s good. I sent off a pack of info to the bank yesterday and an outline of the complaint - took me a day to write and put together. I should send in a bill for my time 🙄
