No news since valuation on 21st with Santander anyone else?

Clean slate with the new house though. They don't know how long you've already been waiting- only you do and pulling your hair out no doubt!

We submitted our application on the 11th, valuation carried out on the 19th, askEd for more documents on the 28th and apparently it the application went back into the underwriter queue on the 3rd of September. Still waiting on final decision

We are having to wait nearly a month for valuation. Seems excessive!

We’ve heard from our MA today that our valuation has now been signed off and it’s waiting in underwriter queue to be signed off. We submitted our application on the 11th of August. Fingers crossed we hear something back this week.

We’re still waiting for decision after valuation that was done on 27th
