Don't worry too much. We got our offer 15 days after the valuation. Application on 6 Aug, valuation on 10 Aug and finally offer made on 25 Aug. If all goes well, you should get your offer this Friday or next week!0

What else have they been requesting each time?PaveyK said:Applied 22nd July, requested a couple of extra docs and then valuation booked in for 17th of August, was told by broker that everything looks really positive and should hear back by the end of that week (how naive of us). More documents were requested late on the 20th, sent back 21st AM and still yet to hear anything 😩 going crazy!0 -
I hope so that might be the same it’s been 13 days since my valuation the wait is driving me mad 😭0

First of all they wanted new payslip and a letter from employer, then after valuation wanted a further letter from employer explaining pay and also asked specifically about a few debits - stressing to the max as it’s always me and never my partner 🤦🏼♀️SueF1 said:

Blimey, asking about debit payments? They're so picky, I'm totally panicking ans it's only been a week! Especially as my partner is self employed so they're bound to ask loads about that.PaveyK said:

Just proves every case is different I suppose doesn't it. We've provided (on his SE side) SA32's for last 2 years, Santander's accountant form filled in by our accountant, business and personal bank statements for 3 months then on my side payslips and 3 months bank statements. Plus ID obviously.

Broker said hopefully they won't ask for anything else when it goes to the UW's but who knows!0 -
Sue, at what stage were the SA302s, accountant's cert and the bank statements requested please? Were these pre-appointment or when they got to underwriting stage?SueF1 said:

Not at the UW's stage yet, Peter. All the above was submitted by our broker on the day of application, 26th August.Peter74 said:

Then yesterday broker got notification of everything they wanted, all of which she'd already supplied so nothing further to send at the moment.
Now we wait for the valuation to be completed and to see what the UW's have to say.....1
