Why should they remove something that’s an accurate representation of account behaviour and handling?johnjones21 said:
yes no harm in trying, the markers are what are important not neccesarily compensationDCFC79 said:
Just because they are in administration for irresponsible lending it doesnt mean they did the same to you, by all mean lodge a complaint but be prepared fod a no, very least see if you can get the markers removed.johnjones21 said:As I said before goodbye0 -
Why do you insist on coming into such threads if you don’t agree & being ultimately unhelpful and then seen by others as troll worthy?D3xt3r5L4b said:Trolls?
You mean people with a correct and moral view on life?OP came in asking for advice, yes you may not agree but if you’ve nothing to help then don’t comment would be the easier option. We could of course have a whole discussion on morality of banks and creditors too on the flip side.
It does remain that many companies pray on those in poor circumstances & do continue to lend when they shouldn’t. It’s possible OP may or may not succeed with a complaint.2 -

Didn't look like 'advice' more like judgement which is rightly so IMO against forum rules.D3xt3r5L4b said:

When giving advice, it helps greatly if one has some kind of empathy with the person who is seeking it, that’s all you need.D3xt3r5L4b said:

So telling someone to pay what they owe is wrong?sourcrates said:
Telling someone to just pay a debt, or to just accept a problem can’t be rectified, is akin to telling the man on the ledge to Just jump, you have no empathy with the people you are dealing with, you cannot simply judge everyone by a moral code, life is not that simple.D3xt3r5L4b said:
