Ours kicked in this morning...I was amazed. 11C outside when I walked the dog but (apparently) less than 19C in the house.

Ours has been kicking in for short bursts for most of the week. It happens automatically - none of this ludicrous "we don't put the heating on until..." thinking. Why would I freeze the family?

Had mine on for 20 mins today to take the edge off- an absolute shocker for the southcoast. Another dreadful summer, gets worse every year.
