Still existing in a semi awake state. The fun of feeding a newborn! Hopefully she gets into a routine in the next couple of weeks.
Seeing as I spend so much time awake and under a baby (was worse in hospital), I've spent far too much time on my phone using the internet and researching anything and everything. I currently have a night time biscuit habit as it is hungry work feeding a baby and so after researching an ethical company, I ordered myself some expensive biscuits to try. This is where my budget is going to fall down this month!
On the plus side, I have quite a few bits on eBay and bids already on 3 of them. So at least I will be selling 3 of them next week when the auction ends. Fingers crossed for some more! I treated myself to a new to me (2nd hand) jumper out of my clothes profits so far. Actually can't remember the last time I actually bought myself any clothes - it is definitely overdue!
Assuming I don't spend all my money on chocolate and biscuits, I am hoping to clear lots of these deficits and then start allocating some money to charity each month. I like the idea of choosing different ones each month. In the meantime I'm trying to support local/ethical companies as much as I can.
Apologies in advance if my posts are a bit James Joyce stream of consciousness style or don't make any sense... I don't do well on very little sleep!2025 decluttering: 3,979🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅

Managed a whole day without spending any money (aside from the usual food shop which was a cheap top up due to stop using up the massive stores I built up!). Having too much time on the internet is generally bad for my wallet!
DD has slid into vampire tendancies and has decided night time is the time to feed every hour (!!!!) and day time is for sleeping. Hopefully she'll work out that I don't find that amusing! Brain now working incredibly slowly with lack of sleep. The thought of my luxury biscuits being on their way to my house this week is keeping me going. The small things...
I think I've gone through as much of my wardrobe as I can right now. I have a pile of things to try on and decide once I'm back to normal weight. Got a pile of stuff to list on eBay still and hoping to make enough to buy some comfortable flat shoes for the summer to walk around in and a couple of other things I do actually need.
Rearranged my drawers whilst I was going through all my clothes. Couldn't find any organisers online which were the right size and so in MSE fashion I just made my own from packaging and my craft supplies. Done more than half now, so will hopefully finish this week and be very organised. The clothes sort out is definitely about 4 years overdue... Everything else in the house is pretty organised and decluttered already, although DS seems to attract "stuff".

Managed to actually get some sleep last night. For 24 hours DD had decided she needed more milk through and was feeding every 1-1.5 hours. All I could think was about sleep deprivation being a torture technique! So now I am just really tired as opposed to being like a walking zombie.
Lots of things are selling on eBay and I managed to escape for 20 mins to package up a load of stuff yesterday. Made me feel a bit human to do things on my own rather than being a baby accessory!
opened my wardrobe today and I’ve never seen it look so empty! Apart from a few bits I need to try on when I’m back to my normal size, I’ve pretty much got rid of all the stuff that doesn’t fit/I don’t like and so just have a wardrobe of things I will actually wear! Still got a big pile of things to eBay which I am slowly working my way through. This will fund the comfortable shoes I need for the summer and some underwear. I might even treat myself to a nice warm new to me jumper if I make enough (I only have 1 really thick jumper and I am always cold).
Just need to reorganise a couple of drawers when I get time and then the bedroom will be done! Not sure what tasks to do next as most things are pretty much organised/under clutter control already. Maybe I need to tackle DS’s Lego collection soon... it is only half organised and I need to go though and sort it out. I suspect we have most the containers we already need somewhere to organise it, so should be free!
Lost my phone charger with all the packing and unpacking for hospital and DH’s cable for his is completely shot. Was looking at buying another one and realised I should check the cable box. Voila! There was a spare charger and cable! Very pleased I saved myself unnecessary expenditure there!
Very excited that my expensive biscuits turned up today. I’ve hidden them in the cupboard away from DH and DS. Now just need to ration them do I don’t get through them all too quickly! Looking forward to trying one later
Everything feels very weird at the moment with DH on cleaning, clothes washing, tidying, cooking and shopping list duties at the moment (ie everything I usually do). Trying to make the most of it though! Maybe he’ll appreciate me more.... I can live in hope!
