Ryanair Cash Refund

Got fed up waiting for refund, so contacted my CC provider - Coop Bank.rarrarrar said:My May flight was cancelled and had email acknowledging I wanted a Cash Refund end of May with a followup sorry for the delay mid June.
Went on Chat this morning and first told I had to verify ID as I had booked through Travel Agent - which I hadnt. Then that the email address used was for a travel agent - it isnt , they seem to accept I have my own personal domain and use "holidays@####.co.uk" for travel. Then just apologised for delay and said I was still in Refund queue.
So dont know whether email address has been holding things up or whether just the usual delay.
Really no hassle; after 10 min wait got transferred to Visa Disputes , took the details over the phone logged it as a dispute and said they would refund within 24 hours.
Warned me Ryanair had 30 days to object to the refund but said in their experience they wouldnt !!
No forms, no arguing just friendly and easy.1 -

On the Beach need to refund you not Ryanair if you paid for everything through them?susie901 said:Booked Ryanair flights through On the Beach, added 2 cabin bags via Ryanair. On the Beach refunded flights, Ryanair not refunding cost of cabin bags anyone got advice please0 -
Sorry but that's the problem only the flights where booked with on the beach. We added 2 cabin bags a few months later through the ryanair app and paid Ryanair for them . They are not shown on the invoice from OTB only on the invoice from Ryanair which they have seen.1

And a few days later an email from Ryanair saying "We confirm that a refund has been processed back to the form of payment used to pay for your booking".rarrarrar said:
