Mine was a physical valuation survey but I still got the offer same day. It’s a new build though so assume there’s less for them to consider in terms of valuation0

My husband and I are have just recieved our AIP from Halifax (via a MB), and are planning to pursue an application with them, using the H2B scheme (LTV 75%) when we reserve a plot in November. We're both full-time NHS employees in stable jobs, have no history of credit card usage or debt (except for student loans) and earn a joint income of £45000 p.a. What sort of documentation are Halifax likely to request from us, as I've read they dont require bank statements?
