Advertising consent - lack of consent is a criminal offence, and a court should not assist someone who is bringing a claim based on a criminal offence.

We have never seen either 'planning permission' or 'advertising consent' win any private parking court case, and while 'Ex Turpi Causa Non Oritur Actio' could apply, it's unlikely that the man on the Clapham omnibus has the wherewithal to prosecute it successfully.On the basis of not setting unnecessary hares running, I suggest the OP concentrates on those issues that are likely to be much more productive.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
