How do I actually find the official landowner?Use a search engine

Okay, so I've done a search on Land Registry, and it confirms that McDonald's are the land owners. However, MET's evidence pack doesn't actually state or indicate they are the land owners. It just shows the contract they signed with them for them to take control of the parking. Can I throw into my response that they've not actually proven or shown evidence that McD are the land owners? I'm sure they can prove it but the fact they haven't in the initial reply, will that help my case for me pointing it out?0

Use it. Remember it is their case to prove, not for you to prove your 'innocence'. If they can't prove it, it might help your case. However, no one can guarantee anything. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
