    Even though you think you've done nothing wrong, I'd be very careful with your new account, or you risk the same outcome.

    Exactly.
    Only you know what has been going in and out of your bank account. If you feel aggrieved by the process then put in a complaint. 
    Yeah i've done that with resolver with all 3 banks also i heard someone on here had same issue resolved it and got their accounts back through appeal process this April.
