Well, Completely Retail mentions Morgan Williams and Stockford Anderson as well as Nuveen Real Estates. As I said earlier, signup and login for their email addresses. Fire off a complaint to all of those.allways_injured said:The other names that came up were Landsec, DTZ investors and Nuveen. Could anybody help with this please.
You appear to have totally overlooked JLL.
Send an email complaint to everyone that might look like they could be useful. Send the same email to all of them - hoping that one will respond with a cancellation.
You might want to include a line in each email along the lines of "if you are not the appropriate person to deal with this, can you please forward this email, or tell me who I should write to".5 -
Thanks Keithp, I did forget about JLL, we have signed up but because never had to do this kind of thing before I'm not sure how to word it . would appreciate a few tips0

Read the complaint by Koalacube from last month and adapt it to suit your case2

We sent letters to all companies who could possibly be landowners of the Retail Park but have had no replies from any of them. It will be 2 weeks this Thursday that UKPC issued the charge, are we right in thinking that we send the appeal on day 25/ and use the template and change it to our circumstances?0

It's a bit more effort needed on their part to reply to a letter, and it appears to be too much effort.allways_injured said:We sent letters to all companies who could possibly be landowners of the Retail Park but have had no replies from any of them.
I did suggest you sent emails. It takes two minutes to reply and no faffing around looking for envelopes and stamps.3 -
Sorry It was emails that we sent to the various companies and not letters. It dose'nt look like we will get replies now so do we wait until day 25 to send template adjusted to our circumstances?0

You know you do, if it was a windscreen PCN. NEWBIES thread suggests that for a reason (as explained there).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So you emailed them (presumably at the earliest) on Wednesday 26 August, giving them Thurs 27/08 and Fri 28/08 (Sat 29/08, Sun 30/08 and Mon 31/08 [Bank Holiday], not working) and you're expecting a response by today 01/09, three full working days later. Really?allways_injured said:We sent letters to all companies who could possibly be landowners of the Retail Park but have had no replies from any of them. Your priorities are unlikely to mirror theirs, I'm afraid. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

After a bit more advice please, not heard anything from landowner and it is day 25 on Monday, do we send the template unchanged to ukpc and not add name and address?. Also this week all the photos got accidently deleted on phone . Should they have been sent at this stage?

When appealing of course a name and address must be supplied - that of the keeper.
It tells you that in the NEWBIES thread.
The keeper should send the blue text template appeal easily found in the first post of the NEWBIES thread.
The keeper should send it unchanged - no additions or alterations needed.
You know when to send it. You were told that earlier in your thread and of course that too is stated in the NEWBIES thread.
Perhaps you also need to remind all your potential landowner contacts that they owe you a reply.
You cannot sit back and hope that it will all work out.3
