Lebara phone - can not make any calls, anyone know why?

I am unable to make any phone calls from my Lebara sim only plan. I have gone onto the website, and it reads: "We are currently experiencing disruption on our network due to which you may not be able to make calls, send texts or use data. We will fix the issue as soon as possible" Does anyone know any more information?

Received the extra data too. Same validity.
I've never had any issues with them. On a £4.95/month (uSwitch special) but 1000 minutes/unlimited texts and 2Gb. The 1000 minutes is more than adequate for me.
I suspect that I have posted somewhere about the £10 account credit for porting in a number. That's still there in my account!
