Lebara phone - can not make any calls, anyone know why?

I am unable to make any phone calls from my Lebara sim only plan. I have gone onto the website, and it reads:
"We are currently experiencing disruption on our network due to which you may not be able to make calls, send texts or use data. We will fix the issue as soon as possible"
Does anyone know any more information?

Maybe they haven't paid their bills to Vodafone, given that they're a Vodafoine MVNO?

I did not know the company use Vodaphone lines, I am sure lots of people are affected. My line has been down since 3pmTrinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0

All I can say is I am in the same boat! No service shown on my Lebara sim.0

Mines been down since at least 2pm. Not great when I was out with my baby and needed to organise getting picked up!0

Exactly here in Newcastle from late morning. Chatted live with Customer service who said it was influencing all customers. Not fixed till 21:20. Regretted switching to it 2 weeks ago.0

Received an apologetic message from Lebara, this morning, about the loss of service on Saturday.They are going to add an extra 1Gb of data to customers on a plan, according to the message.Apparently, according to them, working with Vodafone to determine what went wrong.0

I received the same two text messages, and 1GB provided until 26th September. I still think they are great, and for £5.00 with unlimited text/calls/voicemail / 2 GB data and 100 minutes of international minutes per month, I cant complaintTrinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0
