You could copy and paste it here, minus your name.  Might fill two replies but that's the best way to get people to look.

The latest example is posted by @jrhys, shows what to include, plus click on my username and see my 'Discussions' and find the one with the 2 transcripts.  You need both.
Witness statement filed with court, and with claimant solicitors.
The cut off was 6 August, however they were late filing their WS with the court and have only just sent their copy to me today.

I won today in Manchester civic Justice centre on consideration period, in that as the Vehicle had stopped and left within the time that the claimant allows that no contract was entered.
Thanks to all those that helped - it has been emotional.

Well done 👍. Which Judge please - they're all pretty clued up on this stuff in Mcr?

Did the PPC field an advocate, what did they have to say, what did you say, did you get your costs (ordinary and additional) ...... that would be very helpful.

Enjoy a couple of drinks this evening! 🥂
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

DDJ Baker - I think he’s from Liverpool area.
PPC or Gladstone’s didn’t even turn up, but they did give notice that they had no intention to CPR 27.8 I think. The Judge asked me if I had seen anything that had indicated that they wouldn’t turn up, I brought his attention to they had mentioned it on their email to myself (too honest I know)
just got ordinary costs - the judge didn’t think they behaved unreasonable so couldn’t award anything outside of £95 and travel.

I’ll provide more information shortly about how it went.

I was a bit disappointed that he didn’t mention POFA 2012 - i had highlighted  that they were non compliant and how - DDJ indicated  that it POFA applies to hire and not lease cars, don’t think I got to abuse of process / double recovery.
at one point thought it had gone against me.

I think you mean POFA , not POPLA , seeing as HX is an IPC member , not BPA 😋👍

You won't get to those last 2 until you lose , but you didn't lose

No I meant that they were non compliant with the requirements of the POFA 2012 in that they’d not included the required paperwork when they sent me to PCN.
