I`ve not included anything regarding predatory tactics - IPC 27 "professional standards" in this case the claimants operative hides in an unmarked car and takes pictures of vehicles. Is it worth putting something in to cover this? I have such evidence of this.0

Have a look at this case where the judge addressed this very point. It was an appeal court case so is persuasive on the lower courts.

Look at the wording from near the bottom of page 7 to about the middle of page 8, especially para 21 of page 8 to the top of page 9.
