    To be clear , your defence is a legal challenge to the initial PCN plus to the POC listed on the claim form , nothing to do with the double recovery charges , certainly not to an abuse of process , the judge will have to decide on that aspect but to assume that you can use AOP as a defence to the core terms will definitely fail , especially if the claimant withdraws the extras charges leaving your defence full of holes !!

    AOP is an afterthought , if you lost in court , to try to minimise the bill owed by you , the judgment
