Stick with Plusnet or switch?

My £23.50/month 12-month deal with Plusnet is coming to an end. I would avoid Plusnet like the plague. Paid up front for service, 7 months later they started taking money out of my account! When I complained, after weeks of trying to contact them, they cut off my contract & sent details to a debt collector! Despite them sending my money back & 2 emails to say I wouldn’t get anything off the collection agency as it wasn’t my fault.
