Another £10.90 paid off the card this morning, thanks to Panelbase, so the balance is now £1,450.67.

So pleased you've had your jabs. Most people seem to say they are rough for a day or so, so hopefully you feel better soon x"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0

Hi everyone - thanks for your messages.
I'm fine thank you. I took a bit of time off thinking about card payments and earning money. I think it has done me some good.
I have started to seriously diet now, as my OH took a picture of me last week that was just awful. I looked about 5 months pregnant, and I really need to lose some weight. I want to look better by the summer so I can wear skirts and not feel like a whale!! (Okay, so I might be exaggerating a bit, but I've been thin my whole life, and I'm not liking being this big - I like that I've put weight on, as it's good for my health, but I've gone too far the other way now). Anyway, I have been on my diet since Saturday (so this is day 3) and I have cut out fizzy drinks completely (my favourite thing) and am watching what I eat (no cake, biscuits, chocolate etc). I'm also doing my 20 minutes on the treadmill every day, and reading a book on the Kindle app on my phone at the same time (chapter a day).
So I started off at 74.8kg, and I have lost 1.3kg since, which is pretty good seeing as it's only been 2 days. It's definitely fizzy drinks that were the problem. I'm going to try my best to keep off them for 28 days, in which time I am hoping that I would be back in the normal BMI range. I'll then maybe allow myself one every so often as a treat (no more than one a week) and then can start to have some treats like chocolate or biscuits (but in strict moderation). Once I get my weight down, I want it to stay down, but I also don't want to lose too much.
In terms of my credit card, it hasn't gone down, but then it hasn't increased either. I was taking a break from paying stuff off, mainly because of the old debts that resurfaced, but my credit score updated today, and it was a big increase because I'd cleared so much off the card. I was in the very poor range, but now I am in the poor range (CCJs bring my score down, but they are due to come off this year), so i would like to continue paying some off. I was thinking is there a way I can pair up my weight loss with clearing the card - so I want to pay off £1 for each 0.1kg I lose. I know this won't be loads, but at least it will get it moving in the right direction again, and is better than paying nothing. I might try and pay more off if I get some payments coming through.
I have lost 1.3kg so far, so that's £13 off the card today - balance is now £1,437.67. Sorry for prattling on!!

Morning
Another 0.4kg lost today, so £4 paid off the card - balance is now £1,433.67. My headaches finally seem to be going, so I think I'm through the worst of the caffeine withdrawal, and I am just 0.9kg off getting back into the normal BMI range. Will keep going for the 28 days though and see how much I can lose in that time. Will then start to allow myself a few treats every now and then.

Well done on the weight loss and the payments!"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney1

Thanks Jwil
Just popping in quickly to say I've lost another 0.1kg today (every little helps - just glad it hasn't increased!!), so I paid another £1 off the card - balance is now £1,432.67.
I've been asked to help with a Cystic Fibrosis study about weight gain due to the new drugs I'm on (how appropriate), and this involves being on a group Zoom call for a couple of times. Anyway, I get paid £50 for doing it which is great. Will pay that off the card when I get it, I think it's happening at the beginning of March.
