Hi everyone
Sorry for not posting. I'm absolutely fine, I've just been busy starting up my own business buying and selling things online. I got inspired by someone on Twitter, and I've really enjoyed it. It's all legitimate, as I've registered as a sole trader and my friend has helped me out with a cash injection, that I think I'll be able to pay back in just a few months (he's in no hurry though).
I started on 23rd February, so I'm nearly a month in. I'm hoping that a couple of big sales will come off before Tuesday, but I'm currently on just under £600 profit already, and it'll be over £800 if my two big sales happen. I keep thinking of how much time I would have to spend writing articles, doing surveys etc to earn that much money in a month. My goal is to earn at least £1,000 a month. Once I've built a good cash float and paid back my friend, I'll start clearing my credit card really quickly if I'm pulling in those sorts of numbers, and then my other debts too.

That sounds really exciting Em! I have a friend who quit her full time job to sell (along with her husband) all sorts and build different income streams. I met her here but wish I had kept in better touch as she is really inspirational. Keep us updated

Thanks everyone. So my first month "in business" was up yesterday, and I made £848.20, which is actually enough to pay our rent. I know it'll be a couple of months before I can actually use that money, as I want to build a good balance to actually buy stock in the first place, but it's a very promising start. I'm not in it to make myself rich in particular, I'm just trying to earn a full-time wage, which is something I haven't been able to do for years because of my health. I'm not going to quit my M&S job, but this is definitely something I can do to bring in a decent amount of money each month.
I'm aiming for £250 profit this week (Tuesday to Monday) - I'm on £17.11 at the moment, but I've got some big products coming in this week, so I'm optimistic I can make it. The weekends are always the best for sales, especially Saturdays.
