Maybe if its a scam its preying on people who dealt with them when they were Norwich Union . A friend of mine  years ago was offered  an ordinary fixed rate bond  at a high rate, but it went as part of a deal whereby half his money went into the  fixed rate offer, and the other half into their stock market bond  for a min of 5years.  He liked it and took it on and it did ok ,  --it was Aviva by the time  he cashed in the stock market half.

No, it's clear what happened. It was the usual story, "... Yes I clicked on an ad somewhere online and got a email than a phonecall." They followed a link and gave their details to the scammers.

It is a scam.  The pdf sent to the OP has been doctored.   Aviva offer no savings product.     Its a cloning scam.

    That is a SCARP.
