My password is randomly generated by a Password Manager app.

My previous password has thus been overwritten now by my new one, so no idea what the password now is for telephone banking as the random digits and symbols are beyond my recall. 🤷‍♂️

I know you are not going to like this from someone's who record keeping is second to none.. but I received a letter dated March 2020 stating that the login system was going to change and I need to log in now/soon to confirm my home and mobile numbers as once the changes were made I'd need one or other when I log in or use my account.

Thanks, however I never received a letter in March either.  The only letter I got was when i originally opened the account to confirm account was setup and then the subsequent grid card through the post also, that's all.  I signed up for paper less statements but not had any statement yet and no emails from them either.  Maybe someone i slipped through the net?

Are you saying that you are still logging in using the grid card?

HI, I don't login to it often, so wasn't aware they were changing until I saw this thread.  I have now updated login info so now all good, just wish i'd been informed via a letter etc so I could of done it earlier to avoid any potential issues further down the line.
