I had a next account and never ever got a slot, so about 2 years ago I rang up to ask why not. I always spent a load on my account and so on and the woman asked me if I actually had my email address registered.

I said, "Well I get email confirmation of my orders and get promotional emails from you all the time."

To which she replied, "Ahhh, yes, but this isn't the same as having your email address registered on your account. Without this you will never get a VIP invite. Shall I add your email address now madam?"

I said, "Yes please" and since then I've had a VIP invite to every single sale without fail.

Ring them tomorrow. Might not help this time, but it will for next season.

Just rung NEXT, my email is registered but I still didn't get a VIP slot....... booooohoooooo

Try clearing your internet cookies & history then logging into your account
then in My Account click the vip sale tab.
It just worked for me.

Hi, just to let you know, I always get a vip slot and have just phoned cs to ask why not this time and after the guy spoke to a supervisor he said he couldn't give me an internet slot but he promised someone would phone me on Saturday night and asked what hourly time slot from 6pm I would like. So have got 6-7pm. Might be worth a try? Hope this helps.

Ooh I got really excited then....but have just cleared down everything using CCleaner, but that link still doesn't work in either IE or Firefox. Boo Hoo - it isn't fair!
