Just spoken to CS the slots definately start at 6pm on Sat 22nd. It also says on the site that no sale items will be delivered before 28th Dec.

This doesn't bode too well. I was fortunate this time, I'm sure there must be a way around their rules. If not, I guess you could maybe find a friend who has a vip invite?

Yaaay, I got a slot at 6pm on Saturday too. I've been very lucky with these invites as I've had one every time, but I don't know how they allocate them as I haven't bought anything from them for a while now.
