I had a letter in the post today saying that at least 8-10 items were 'delayed' and expected in 7 days...i had this message on a couple of delivery notes over 7 days ago and theyre still not here...

it is annoying as when something shows as in stock it should be there really.

Never mind im happy with what i have received so far so cant moan.

My next courier is coming to ours everyday at the moment delivery 2 or 3 items!! In fact yesterday I had my normal lady deliver 2 items and then a man deliver another 2 items in the afternoon!!!!
Have just been on the next site and ordered some more items that are back in stock so at this rate they will be delivering every day til Easter lol!

Same here and mine comes in a florist van so i guess neighbours think i am getting daily flowers HA ha ....

I was really pleased that the slippers I wanted are now back in stock. Didn't say they had the right size on the original page but when I went to add to bag it had my size there! One very pleased daughter when they arrive as Santa had brought the wrong size!

i've just receiverd my statement & its all wrong! i ordered 10 items (mostly work suits for dh) and have so far recd 3...2 homeware and 1 jacket!!!
now the statement has billed me for 2 othr items which i've clearly not recd yet...what should i do???
i'm also due to go away on holiday next week...shgould i just call and cancel the rest of the order??? dh is going to be sooo disappointed!

Io07 - I would ring then and get an update on where your items are...they could tell you if they are on delay still. I would also ask what happens if they try to deliver and youre not there for a week. Will the courier hold them, will the re-deliver etc?

There are more things added to the sale again...was childrenswear i noticed..and ordered from again!! all these 3.75 postage add up dont they..

i tried to use the freepost and quidco but didnt work but when i think about it would have been better save 3.75 postage than gaining the small account quidco - DUH!

Loads more added today Kiddies and adults, ordered again and the free del code still worked so pleased as £3.75 does rack up if only getting a couple of smaller priced items

Floflo, there doesnt seem to be anything else added this morning but for the last two there have been increases from 70's to 220's in the 3yr old numbers..

I think it probably gets a big update when it comes back online at 3am..think it is.
