I had this problem last year, three days of calling to see where my whole vip order was.. eventually it was there and i received most of it. I wrote a complaint letter after about the CS as it was really bad, 5 people i spoke to in one call who were unhelpful. I received a £30 gift voucher so give it a try as you would have missed out on lots of bargains, cost of calls/time etc.

they will refund you once you send the declaration back, whoever said they will think about refunding you doesnt know what they are talking about

Sorry i didnt update here about my Next nightmare, the courier turned up a few days after i last posted here. He had been on holiday, had given good notice to the firm he works for, but the courier firm didnt bother to get anyone else to cover for him. My parcel was dispatched on the 2nd jan, so it was sat in the warehouse for over 2 weeks waiting to be delievered.:mad:

I got a call last thursday from Next cs, they were very sorry and have passed on my email to the courier firm to look into, and asked my permission to send out some gift vouchers. Hope its £30 like Labdab got.:T Its really put me off ordering again though.

I got another parcel from my order last thursday, but have cancelled all the rest of my order since cs rang me. I just hope no other courier firms do this, or else Next (and Freemans, etc) would lose business very quickly through no fault of their own.

A couple of sales ago I ordered a pair of shoes that never turned up - finally getting the usual ' there will be no further supplies etc....' letter. However, this really cheesed me off as I had ordered in the VIP sale - so never thought that they wouldn't turn up - and by the time I had the letter the sales were over - hence no chance of picking up a bargain elsewhere.

I rand CS and after putting my case forward demanded a pair of shoes out of the current book but at half the price - and they agreed!!!

So if you are still waiting for something and it doesn't come and there is something you fancy in the new directory it might be worth giving them a ring!!

I am still getting sale stuff in dribs and drabs. Only last night a firebowl that I'd forgotten I'd ordered turned up out of the blue!

Both last year and this year I had loads of issues with the Christmas VIP sale. So on both occasions I complained, and they offered to give me any suit out of the new catalogue for half price. Pretty pleased with that

Not sure but think it's the last Saturday in March. Will need to go check last years diary to know for sure. :wave:
