Hi,
That is brilliant, please could you share the urban exchange owners email? Maybe what you had sent. I am being harassed by them.0 -
Well done! I'm fighting mine at the same place, I might try and send a letter to Urban, Aldi and Go outdoors, I generally use the 2 shops if I visit.0

OMG these would have been cancelled in two days flat if you'd all come here earlier and appealed as keeper.
Don't imply who was driving in any complaint.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

hi! I’m going through the same thing at the moment please provide the template!RoseA1234 said:Hi guys, just want to share my success story with you and hopefully this can help someone out there.
On the 24th June I received a letter from DCBL on behalf of Highview parking called Notice of Debt recovery asking me to pay £165.00 for a PCN. The PCN was from December 2017 they sent it to an old address so clearly i didn't receive any of the PCNs. Allegedly I parked at Urban Exchange in Manchester for 1 hour 16 minutes. Its 2 hours free parking but you must validate it in the shops if you spend over an hour. Long story short I tried to ring Highview to see if i could appeal because i was a genuine customer of the retail park but they were not interested and said it had been passed onto DCBL. So ignored the letter and went about my day.
On the 4th August i received a final reminder from DCBL saying i was at risk of legal proceedings being issued against me. I started to panic a little so I came on here and saw advice about sending a complaint email to the owners of the retail park (Urban Exchange) and so i did. It was a lengthy email and I saw a couple of templates on here that I used. I just got an email today from Highview Parking saying:Dear Sir/Madam,
We are contacting you in relation to your Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
We can confirm that your Notice has been cancelled in full and no further action will be taken.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused in relation to this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Highview Parking Limited
Absolutely Buzzing!!!!

The OP @RoseA1234 has not been on the forum since April last year, you might get some response if you send a DM using the envelope symbol top right.aria01 said:
