Final Demand for parking tickets

Hi There
My son has been sent Final demands from DCBL for parking tickets issued by, Vehicle Control Services Limited dating back to 2018, looks like he has just ignored everything and I'm worried that this might affect his credit rating if we do not pay these
Any advise would be very helpful, in the past i have seen that ignoring these can work and they eventually give up, is this the case

Not paying a county court judgment , a CCJ , is what causes the trashing of a credit rating , it needs paying within one month
At the moment it is threats of court , no court case has happened yet
Please read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , it has good advice in it
Parking companies have 6 years to issue a court claim , the big ones rarely give up , certainly not VCS , especially not when there are multiple Parking tickets
He should start preparing for a court claim , he should email a SAR to the DPO at VCS to obtain all his documents and pictures and data3 -

Depends if they are pre-court letters or if they say they are following a court judgment. Check them carefully.
No telling him to pay.
He needs to come here and sit down with you and read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQS thread, all about pre-court stage and how to win, and also it covers CCJ set asides, if he's past CCJ stage (you DO NOT just pay it).
