Really? You could easily have opened an account with Lloyds, or any other bank, before your account was moved to TSB. I remember it being made crystal clear what was going to happen before any accounts were moved over. Lloyds was not allowed to make it easy for customers to stay with them, but it was entirely possible. If you enjoy banking in Toytown you'll love Virgin Money. If you don't want to expose your salary bearing Nationwide account by using your debit card, why not open a second Nationwide account just for day to day business?

Website seems to be working well though.

I tried TSB with Safari and was immediately asked to set security  questions - did this and the screen just hung - gave up after several minutes.

Tried Chrome and was sent an OTP via the landline - was able to get in.

Who knows what tomorrow might bring?

I didnt bother with the security questions thing for a week as unknowingly to most... you are already logged in .. so you  just open TSB in another window ...up come my accounts logged in  .
Today I answered all the security questions so thats all done now but i have been getting in  for a week not answering them

Got in with Chrome this afternoon. It did say I may get security questions but I didn't.
