Great News and well done.
It took 2 letters to M&S CEO, first reply from M&S was negative and fobbed the OP off by saying contact Euro.
Second letter to the CEO laying some facts down in shall we say, a more serious tone resulted in a success.
Amazing though that M&S denied they could help and did a Boris style turnaround and cancelled. I mean how could that happen as before they could not cancel.
And then POPLA ....
"Euro Car Parks - EW have told us they do not wish to contest the appeal. This means that your appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge"
What else could they do when M&S told them to cancel.
All I will say is that if the CEO of M&S does not get to grips with the parking scammers he will lose business and not everyone will write to him, they will just shop elsewhere3 -
