When I went to the showroom the sales assistant was less than helpful when it came to quoting me the upgrades and so I used the pdf in this thread. I want about £12k worth, although I will be reviewing as mine includes upgraded sockets etc. For me, I want to move in and have everything done! When I place my offer, I will be trying to do a deal with the upgrades to get the price down! Good Luck x0

My parents bought a new house in 70s. The only thing not done was garden turf (seems the most obvious to do, but there you go).
These extras seem like an excuse to focus the price negotiation in that small area and stop any major negotiation being done on the very expensive prices they often are. So you end up with a few k off then add that back again for extras, do they sell for close to the original expensive marketed price.
