Oh ok. We applied via a mortgage advisor. Hoping to hear some news this week but not holding my breath!

Had an email from ClearScore saying my credit score had been updated but nothing is showing in searches as they take time to update. I’m assuming/hoping this is the result of a Santander hard search. App submitted last Tuesday.

Ah good first step then! We submitted ours Tuesday too but haven’t got anything from ClearScore or Experian just yet

We submitted ours mon 3rd august , soft search 3rd and hard search on 13th could only see this on Experian nowhere else . Hoping for an offer this week

It’s frustrating that we have no visibility on the progress of the application. We don’t even know when the survey will take place 😫

Update today spoke to mortgage advisor and Santander Are having a physical valuation done but not till 27th august , paperwork has passed and mortgage will be offered if valuation is correct . Don’t expect any news now till after bank holiday so not till 1st Sept onward . Fingers crossed

My Experian showed 2 searches done on the 11th. One says it won’t impact my credit score and the other says it may so assuming that’s the hard search? Still not update on a valuation etc

No update here other than they haven’t asked for further documents, they’ve instructed the valuation but the EA says there’s been nothing booked. Will chase my broker today likely! Am just wanting to know if it’s worth now paying for the searches and getting it moving if they’re only waiting on the valuation!
