Ok so this morning I received a letter from Bulb, with this details.
According to what it's written in the pages there shouldn't be any extra fees even if I want to change supplier. Now I will look around to see what other suppliers offer.

You should be able to beat those prices.0

You could knock nearly 3p a unit off that rate on Symbio's variable tariff for a 21p standing charge.

You still need to resolve the issue that your meter is registered as E7. Unless the supplier agrees otherwise, that means you will be billed on E7, and so be paying the peak rate price for all your heating (unless you are nocturnal). No free lunch, and no free laptop

Your Bulb rates (inc VAT)14.2905p per kWh, Daily Charge 20.412p
My Neon Reef rates (inc VAT)12.11343p per kWh, Daily Charge 13.2825p
- No meter change is necessary, both registers will be billed at the same rate.
