    Hasn't there an issue with the Kirk Hill accounts previously? Or have I got my timelines muddled and I'm "remembering" an earlier moment in the same process?

    The Co-op were late with their accounts but held their AGM and approved them back in December.
    The current problem is with the company that (I think) holds the lease for the site and owns all the turbines ...

    That's how I understand it. However, the email also said that a Ripple board member has stepped down from all the projects completed or under construction.

    I went down a bit of a rabbit hole, looking at the Kirk Hill information on Companies House (linked above). It is interesting to see the history of directors and "persons with significant interest". It looked like 2 people stepped down at the same time.

    Could that be one from Ripple and one from Bruntwood.

    the plot thickens, interested email last night, which mentioned potential legal advice, reading between the lines it appears that something has happened which is impacting the relationship between ripple and the co-op.

    Makes me reconsider any further investment

    Yes, it's what the email *doesn't* say that's intriguing.
    Hopefully the members meeting on the 27th will case some more light on things.
