Looks ok to me too
Abuse of process is no defence to the core contract terms , plus the template already covers spurious charges like double recovery. People latch onto it for no good reason. The claimant could amend their claim and remove it , leaving you wallowing in your own mess
Amending paragraphs 2 and 3 is all anyone is asked to do
If you think it is difficult with a template , think how difficult it would be without one !!
Make sure you follow the correct submission process outlined by KeithP and coupon mad
PDF document , add a digital signature to the document , attach it to your email and email it to the ccbcaq email address as an attachment , with suitable details like name and reference. Do not miss that deadline above !!!3 -
Thank you so much to you all for your help and your time. I will send this off today electronically and wait for a DQ from the CCBC and hearing date. I will also start thinking about the WS and Evidence. I don't unfortunately have a way of getting back to the car park to take photos of the pay&display and warning signs, and in any case the machine has been changed since I was there, but do you think that I can use this attached photo sent by the PPC as part of the SAR as evidence of unclear signage? I for one can't read the small print to see warnings about charges but maybe it's just a problem of the poor photo quality or my eyes....1

Google street view3

Unfortunately even if I use Google street view to see the current set up at the car park now, the owner has upgraded the pay & display machine so it is unlikely to be an accurate portrayal of the carpark signage as it was in the summer when I received the PCN. However, I will still give it a go, just in case they have kept the same signage. Thank you for the suggestion.2

You can use gsv and it's settings to go back in time , which is what you are being asked to do , look at previous pictures taken previously , not just the current view2

thank you nosferatu1001, I had no idea that was possible. that's very helpful.1

sorry that was actually addressed also to @Redx, thank you very much1 -
Google street view allows you to view photos from 2009 to 2019 at this location.4

ok thanks, that is outside my timeline (July 2020). but what I was able to see from today's view is that there seems to be just one pay and display machine in the carpark (although haven't yet managed to get a close zoom into see the signage, still working on that) and a couple of private land car park signs at the entrance.1

Compare the latest picture of yours with the 2019 pictures , especially if you believe they have changed
The July 2020 sign on site is what defines the parking rules at that time , so the PPC need to provide those pictures in their evidence bundle3
