BW legal letter

Such behaviour in targeting the weak and vulnerable is, of course, entirely consistent with the reputation of your grubby little firm, and your even grubbier portfolio of clients.
Love it ... the great unwashed indeed3 -
I have got home to find such a letter waiting for me. The same 25% discount, though in my case it amounts to a sum similar to the additional charge which led to their claim being struck out. Otherwise the same basic wording, the same dark threats and emollient language. I shall simply file it away with the other scam letters from this company.Coupon-mad said:I have seen this letter from another D and here is a redacted version.
Bargepole's template letter does have a certain charm, but I don't think they are worth expending the effort in replying.

The problem BWLegal have is their normal ignorance. If they are sending out these letters where cases have been struck off, they will attract attention to their scam. Such setups always hang themselves and it will be of no surprise when the courts sanction them. BWLegal are advised to take REAL legal advice as they have no idea themselvesMahershalalhashbaz said:

There has to be a line drawn under litigation.

I too am now a member of the 'BWLegal 25% discount Offer letter' club after my case was struck out in Feb this year. I was really impressed with their compassion at these difficult times 'we made it easy for you to accept the offer without having to call us - simply log on to our customer portal...'. How more Robo-claims can these people get?
I would dearly love to send the F.O. email, but will file this with the rest of their letters, and watch this space with great interest!
Bring it on...3 -
As I said, I believe there has to be a line drawn under any small claim litigation.
