BW legal letter

Options
Hi
Today received a letter from BW Legal stating that a previous parking claim that was thrown out of court due to abuse of process may now be reinstated due to a new decision. The case given was Brittainia Parkin Group Ltd v Semark-Jullien on 16 and 29 July 2020. Does anyone know anything about this?
I thought I was done with this after they applied for ccj and then it was thrown out. Can they reinstate such a thing after court hearing? Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks
Ian

    Yes, we know ....

Does not really matter what they say,  BWLegal are about to embark on a very expensive vindictive programme which will fail.
All the judge said was that further proof must be shown regarding Abuse of Process.  We have that proof as BWLegal will learn to their cost.

Let us know what happens..    Which court was your case with

How long ago was your case?
They have a strict time limit for appeals.
If they are outside of this they shoudlnt even be processing your data any longer - I would be instructing them to FRO and to cease processing immediately. Their reasonable cause for processing expired when they lost.

Southampton, the home of Abuse of Process .... interesting, looks like they will attempt to try and rub dirt into Judges Taylor and Grand.  That simply will never happen.

How long is the time limit on this if that is the case?

My case was this time last year, so well over the 21 days, hopefully means they can't do anything.
Also though it was strange they were offering a discount on the amount to be paid in my letter today, if they are so sure this is a slam dunk decision surely they'd go after the full amount?
