Hi I have read the previous comments and understand the forlorn endeavor I am about to embark on but does anyone know of a link to a claim form for Ryanair insurance that doesn't involve paying for PDF Filler?

Our outbound with Jet2 was cancelled bit return flight with Ryanair was not cancelled. Ryanair have said I'm not entitled to my £160 refund, despite me not being able to get to spain to board my flight. Surely this isn't right??? Has anyone had the same experience with different flight companies, outbound and return?

Yes. You have no rights to a Ryanair refund here. You chose to book 2 legs with 2 different airlines and its not the fault of Airline A if Airline B cancel their leg.

Either book a replacement for the leg Jet2 cancelled, or write the Ryanair leg off.

Ryanair are sticking to their end of the deal. Your best bet if you still wish to go will be to pay another carrier (Wizz, BA, Ryanair and Easyjet are still readily flying to Spain from various UK airports).

The Ryanair flight is operating, so you have no right to a refund if you cannot use their services.

If you are on a package, the situation is different, but this does not seem to be the case here.

Not Ryanair's problem if they are providing the flight which you booked on which is from Spain to UK.   Your only hope is if Ryanair cancel the flight you are booked on.  Ryanair aren't obliged to look at how you get to Spain in first place (you could live there).  If flights going, you either get on it or you are no show, which in any situation, for any airline, in any country means you forefit the cost unless you book a refundable flight which Ryanair don't go in for.  It is why historically they kept their prices down.   People can't have it all ways..

I've replied to your other post in the overseas travel board.  The advice you've had on this thread is correct, Ryanair owe you nothing.

However it appears you have a package booking, so LoveHolidays may owe you a refund.

You're not entitled to anything from Ryanair - how is it their fault that Jet2 cancelled your other flight?
This is your problem, not theirs - the flight is there for you to take, your issue with another carrier is not their problem.
