    Assuming you don't already have an account set up with them, you could try setting up an account using the same email address as your booking. You don't need a booking reference to do this. 

    Hopefully it will then pick up your booking and then you can take it from there.

    Their website lists all hotels with a phone number.

    Find your hotel, then scroll down to the phone number.

    Or try social media which is a good way.
