Contacting Premier Inn..impossible!

Could you try going through Facebook?

Assuming you don't already have an account set up with them, you could try setting up an account using the same email address as your booking. You don't need a booking reference to do this. 

Hopefully it will then pick up your booking and then you can take it from there.

Find your hotel, then scroll down to the phone number.

Or try social media which is a good way.

You're best to create a new thread on here. Otherwise, try social media. Best of luck.
