Thanks. I will request to get them merged. I only didn’t add it on as I thought this would be a quick question answer (my apologies). Also @Le_Kirk I have been reading the original post but as I mentioned it is quite confusing with all the info so I was just asking for clarification so I don’t get it wrong.1

So long as you now know what you are doing, that's fine.1

I am currently doing my defence, Can i just ask, should i include in section 3 the fact that the claimants offices were closed during Covid or is that irrelevant?

Why would the claimant's offices being closed be of importance/relevance? Not sure where your question is leading. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Without more detail the answe is "maybe"
we don't know why you contacted them, and what relation it has to your claim. So we cannot possibly know if it has any relevance at all3 -
#3 should be about what you know about the parking event that day (if the driver) or if you weren't, it should be about what you do know (about the car park and what happened if the driver has told you) and what you did about the PCN, etc.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, I have had an email from the legal team advising they still intend to proceed with a completed N180 attached. Should I be waiting for my own original correspondence from CCBC and would it normally come via post?0
